A handprinted linocut card inspired by and created on the Isle of Islay, off the west coast of Scotland.
This card is blank inside for your own message and measures 104mm x 147mm. The card is made from 280g 100% recycled hairy manilla (Kraft Brown) paper and comes with a Kraft brown envelope.
Lapwing, Vanellus vanellus
Inspired by the hundreds of lapwing near our home on the Isle of Islay. This Linocut design was sketched after a December visit to RSPB Loch Gruinart Reserve on Islay. Lapwing join tens of thousands of geese on the grassy flats throughout the winter creating a real spectacle.
Every card is hand printed and therefore unique. We use vegetable oil-based inks and our cards and envelopes are made from recycled paper and packaged in clear biodegradable and compostable bags made from corn starch.
